Super Sow Sunday??!! Sow, in honor of this special event that I totally overlooked because I was so busy either cooking, setting up a dozens of extra chairs in our tv room, or watching 5 HOURS of pregame show, I present to you the evolution of the kitchen garden at U
niversity of Tennessee in Knoxville. The first few pictures were from last winter when I checking out their winter trial gardens and noticed that the new area being readied for an edible garden.
Growing strawberries in this old levered screen was brilliant!
I returned last fall to learn that the garden was designed so that it could be handicap accessible - elevated tables at wheelchair level.
